THE 10 THIEVES OF YOUR ENERGY

By: Dalai Lama

  • Let go of people who just come to share complaints, problems, disastrous stories, fear and judgment of others. If someone searches for a bucket to throw your trash, try not to be in your mind.
  • Pay your bills on time. At the same time charge or choose who you should let go, if it is impossible to collect.
  • Keep your promises. If you are not satisfied, ask yourself why you have resistance. You always have the right to change your mind, to apologize, to compensate, to re-negotiate and offer another alternative to a broken promise, but make no habit of it. The easiest way to avoid failure to do something you want to do is say no from the beginning.
  • Remove as much as possible and delegate tasks that you do not prefer and dedicate your time to things you enjoy.
  • Give yourself permission to rest if you’re in a moment you need it and give yourself permission to act if you are in a moment of opportunity.
  • Throw away, collect and organize, nothing will take up more energy than a cluttered space full of things from the past that you no longer need.
  • Give priority to your health, without the machinery of your body working at maximum, you can not do much. Take some breaks.
  • Face toxic situations that are tolerating, from rescuing a friend or relative, to tolerating negative actions of a couple or a group, take the necessary action.
  • Accept. Not resignation, but nothing makes you lose more energy than stand and fight against a situation you can not change.
  • Forgive, let go of a situation that is causing you pain, you can always choose to leave the pain of memory.

TRENDS

The new Bo.Bo follows the new "good" trends (those whose aim is the improvement of the human being and of the world) and sets the trends himself.
(source: Babbo Natale paga gratis - A.Zinola, A.Attisani)

EXPERIENCE: being where "things happen", involvement nonstop in new things, emotions, experiences,
CONTAMINATION: fusion and confusion: cultural, political, economic and social barriers are vanishing,
SHARING things, spaces, ideas,
SOFT INVIVIDUALISM AND CUSTOMIZATION: back to the artisanship and appreciation of the “unique piece”.
ECOLOGICAL SUSTAINABILITY:  the aim of the purchases and consumptions is to avoid the wastes and to respect the environment - organic/bio /recycle /low impact on the ambiance– and it becomes ECO – HEDONISM: the pleasure and satisfaction gained from ethical inspired purchases and “modus vivendi”.

BROKEN HEART MUSEUM
Conceptualized in Croatia by Olinka Vištica and Dražen Grubiši, the Museum of Broken Relationships grew from a traveling exhibition revolving around the concept of failed relationships and their ruins.
Whatever the motivation for donating personal belongings – be it sheer exhibitionism, therapeutic relief, or simple curiosity – people embraced the idea of exhibiting their love legacy as a sort of a ritual, a solemn ceremony.

ALL DAY LONG
The Serbian creative studio reMiks has designed Supermarket Concept Store which is located in a former discount supermarket (1.400 m2) in Belgrade.
The interior is intentionally raw and seemingly unfinished, and plays an important part in introducing contemporary art and design into commercial, retail spaces so various delicate or luxurious objects or hedonistic activities the take place in an extremely ascetic environment
Since the general idea behind it was to blend design, fashion, art, publishing, music and gastronomy, the interior is divided into functional areas:
* Bar area is 25 meters long, along the length of the retail area
* Fashion Lounge covers more than 150 m2`
* Spa and hair salon covers 350m2
* Restaurant 200m2
* art gallery

  • COMMUNITY COOKER (Jiko ya jamii in Swahili)
     In the mid-1990s, Nairobi-based architect Jim Archer was increasingly concerned about the amount of discarded refuse piling up in Kenya and many other developing countries. He designed the Community Cooker as a simple, inexpensive machine, easily built and repaired by local communities, with minimal operating expenses. The trash is sorted onto racks, dried, and shoveled down a slide into the burn box- non-combustibles like rubber and glass are set aside, of course-
